Objective
To simplify and error proof data collection on critical process parameters. To make the data available numerically and graphically in real time.

Conducted Regression Analysis to identify the critical to quality parameters affecting customer complaints. Worked with Controls Engineers to access data and make it usable for live tracking and trending.
Detailed results of the client work
Using free SPC Software for Power BI, implemented automated SPC, linking machine, databases and Operations Management.
